Bosco
5/24/2008 – 6/2019
Bosco was our first Swissy. With his wonderful temperament and regal demeanor, we immediately fell in love with the breed. He is the reason we went on this journey!

Coco
4/24/2011 – 10/2022
We got Coco from Cathy Cooper at Shadetree GSMD. Coco was the sweetest girl and had several beautiful litters.

Mocha
8/6/2012 - 3/2026
Mocha was bred from Bosco and Kiss of 100 Acres Swissies. Always an active girl, at 11 ½ she took Best of Opposite Veterans both days of the Working Dog Specialty.
She lived a long, happy life and passed over the bridge at 13.

Penelope
DOB 4/3/2015
Penelope is from Mocha’s 1st litter. Now retired, she spends most of days making sure our backyard is safe from a deer invasion and loves to snuggle on the couch.

DOB 3/17/2017
Sydney was bred from Bosco and Matterhorn’s Minty. Sydney had several wonderful litters and was a great mom. She’s a real affection hound! She is the definition of a Velcro dog.

Phoebe is super smart and very willing to please. She’s enjoying her retirement.
Ever energetic, she is already ready to adventure.

Powder is Sydney's daughter and doppelganger. She's pretty and so affectionate just like mom.

Romeo is our big boy. He is a gentle giant and an old soul. He is just starting out on the confirmation circuit.

Breeding Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs that are AKC championed and adhere to breed standards
We are committed to the health of our breeding dogs and dams. Each dog and dam are AKC championed to adhere to breed standards. All of our breeding dogs undergo thorough health testing according to the AKC H.E.A.R.T. standards, Orthopedic Foundation for Animals standards, and Canine Eye Registration Foundation standards. This ensures that our puppies inherit good health and genetic soundness.

Majestic Woods Swissies aims to raise socially confident, emotionally stable, and adaptable puppies by integrating these key tenets into their early development.

We teach our puppies to communicate effectively with both dogs and humans so they can express themselves without resorting to undesirable behaviors.

Our puppies are exposed to various environmental stimuli to help them build emotional resilience and learn to cope effectively with fear, stress, and frustration.

We introduce our puppies to various surfaces, textures, people, animals, and everyday items so they are comfortable and adaptable in different situations.

We provide our puppies with puzzle toys, skill development items, sensory experiences, and positive challenges to engage them in problem-solving.

We use early neurological stimulation and age-appropriate exercises to support healthy brain development and proper mental health in our puppies.

We teach our puppies life skills such as leash walking, crate training, and basic obedience so they can interact positively with humans and their environment.
